Pricing and availability

All product prices are listed in Great British Pounds (£) sterling and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current United Kingdom (UK) rate.

Prices with a marked RRP (Recommended Retail Price) refer to prices the manufacturer recommends goods are sold at in the UK market. Where a manufacturer's RRP is not readily available then this is a guideline price based on charges that retailers within the UK market are currently offering the same product.

We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you may be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).

We guarantee that all advertised products are 100% genuine.

Images and Photo's

All products listed on the site will have an associated image or photograph, these are for reference only and should be considered illustrative.

Whilst we have made every reasonable effort to provide a true representation of the colours of the listed products, the way in which your screen displays the pictures means that variations may occur between the image on your screen and the item itself.

Contract of Sale

The steps required to create a contract of sale between you and Lippystick.com are as follows:

You place an order for your products on the Lippystick.com website by pressing the submit button at the end of the checkout process.

After you have submitted your order you will be sent an automated e-mail confirming receipt of your order with Lippystick. This is not a formal acceptance from Lippystick. We reserve the right to decline any order.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Lippystick will take place once we dispatched to you the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

Non-acceptance of an order may occur as a result of one of the following reasons:

- The product(s) you ordered being unavailable from stock

- We are unable to obtain card authorisation for your payment

- We have reason to suspect the authenticity of the order placed

- An order is received from a country not listed on our website

Any contract between us, whether for use of the site or in relation to the purchase of products or services through the site, will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and all parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Any contract will be communicated in English.

Payment Terms

We accept payment by all major credit card and debit card providers.

If paying by credit or debit card then the main invoice address details must match the cardholders address in full. If the address cannot be verified then the order may be refused.

For UK orders only - You may nominate a different delivery address to the invoice address should you wish to do so at the checkout stage. Please note that we cannot allow cross-border transactions. Your order must be sent to the same country as your credit or debit card is billed to.

Credit and debit card payments are all processed via our secure payments provider, Sagepay, using 128bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.

Lippystick.com do not have any access to your card details as this is handled entirely by the secure payments provider. Orders will be processed and despatched once the payment has been authorised.

Cancellation of Orders

In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive you have the right to cancel any order from the time you place the order to within seven working days from delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods). This is to provide you with a "cooling off period" should you have changed your mind.

The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were when originally despatched by Lippystick. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used, opened or is not in the exact condition in which it was despatched by us.

If you should wish to cancel an order then contact us via email. If your order has not yet been despatched then we will cancel your order from our system and there will be no charge.

If your order has already been despatched you will need to take delivery of the goods and then your order cancellation will be dealt with in accordance with our Returns Procedure below.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights

Damaged or Faulty Goods

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that any item you receive is damaged or faulty then please follow the Returns Procedure stated below for a full replacement or refund.

Returns Procedure

To return an item you must contact us by email – returns@lippystick.com - to confirm which item(s) are being returned stating your order reference and the reason for return. You will be given a unique ‘Returns Code’ to include in your returns parcel and the address to return the item(s) to.

You are requested to return the goods by second class post (we strongly recommend you use an insured carrier such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery) and you will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. Any free gifts associated with an item must also be returned at the same time.

Please return the item(s) to the address given to you along with the original packing note, return code, and the reason for return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

If you are returning the item(s) because you have changed your mind we will refund the cost of the goods only. There will be no refund for the original delivery costs of the goods from Lippystick to you or the cost to yourself of posting the goods back to Lippystick. Where the original order qualified for free delivery then we reserve the right to recover our original delivery costs to you up to a maximum of £10.00

If you are returning the item(s) because they are damaged or faulty then the refund shall be for the goods and all delivery costs which will include a re-imbursement to you for the cost of returning the goods to Lippystick.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Our company policy is that we will never supply any of your details to any other company unless required to do so as part of the order verification process or if required to do so by UK governing law.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. You can check any information we may hold about you by emailing info@lippystick.com. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The information we may collect only occurs when an order is processed. Personal details are sent to our system using 128 bit secure socket layer (SSL) encryption.

From time to time we may send you e-mail notifications of new arrivals or promotions from Lippystick.com. In all e-mails you will be given the option to be removed from our mailing list. If you do unsubscribe then you will not be sent future correspondence unless you request to be added to our mailing list at a later date.

Cookies are used on this shopping site but only to keep track of your shopping cart once you have selected items for purchase.

As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.
