The majority of orders are dispatched within 1- 2 working days of receipt. However during busy periods dispatch times may be longer. If you require your order in a hurry please email to find out current dispatch times.

The Royal Mail Special Delivery option guarantees next working day delivery for all orders received before 12 noon.

If any ordered items are temporarily out of stock and on order and a delay is expected you will be advised and offered the alternative of a refund if you would prefer not to wait.

International buyers can expect extended delivery times subject to location and postal service selected.

Lost Parcels - If a parcel is lost we will not be able to offer a replacement until 15 working days after the dispatch date. This is because we have to advise Royal Mail and try to locate the items.

UK Customers enjoy FREE 1st Class post on all orders £10 or over.

All UK orders under £10 are charged a flat rate of £2.19 P&P.

Royal Mail Special Delivery is available for an additional £8. Please note that Special Delivery offers a tracked and insured postal service delivered in 1 working day. To use this service, your order must be received before 12 noon.

Heavier items weighing 2kg - 20kg are sent via Royal Mail Standard Parcels in the UK with additional compensation of £500. Items valued above £500 are sent via Parcel Force.

For all International orders please note that we can only send items to the registered credit card address.

For European and International sales we send all items weighing up to 1kg via Royal Mail standard Air Mail service.

International packages heavier than 1kg are sent via Parcel Force Worldwide or separated into smaller consignments to be shipped via Royal Mail International Signed For. Extra postage charges will be applicable in this instance, please contact us for details. If you are ordering a heavy, international package, the website will make a charge of £50 by default. Any excess left over from postage will be refunded back to you.

The website, by default is set to charge the postal charges listed above. We reserve the right to make reasonable charges for postage and packing of large, heavy, bulk order consignments.
